Roll out the cake dough in a circle on a floured work surface.
Then put the dough into the springform pan and make a rim about 4 cm high with your hands.
Tip: If you do not succeed, you can also press the dough completely into the springform pan with your hands. You can also roll out a part of the dough directly on the bottom of the springform pan and form a border with the rest of the dough.
Now spread the apple filling in the springform pan.
Finally spread the crumbles as a topping on the apple pie.
Now bake the apple pie for about 55 minutes on a medium rack.
Tip: If the crumbles get too dark, you can cover them with aluminum foil.
After the baking time, take the cake out and let it cool down before removing it from the springform pan.
